You will be supporting an adult Male with a physical disability, who lives with his 12 year old daughter in the Westbury, Wiltshire, BA13 area. Shifts times are flexible, and you'll be providing high-quality support with social and leisure opportunities, as well as assisting with rehab and medical appointments
