As a crucial member of the mhy care team, you’ll ensure that we deliver the level of care you would want for your own family members. Based in the office, you’ll offer support to your colleagues to ensure they provide expert care to their clients. Occasionally, you may even visit clients in the community yourself.
In your role, you’ll oversee, mentor, and supervise the care assistant team, maintaining high-quality standards and ensuring care is delivered promptly and according to each client’s needs and preferences. You’ll also maintain close communication with all involved in a client’s care, assess and review care packages, and manage schedules and coverage.
Successful candidates should possess strong people-management skills, effective planning abilities, and excellent organisational skills. In return for your dedication, you can typically expect to work Monday to Friday. You will be supporting an adult Male with a physical disability, who lives with his 12 year old daughter in the Westbury, Wiltshire, BA13 area. Shifts times are flexible, and you'll be providing high-quality support with social and leisure opportunities, as well as assisting with rehab and medical appointments
