Hello, my name is Lisa, I am clinical Lead for mhy care. I qualified as an Adult General Nurse in 1989, spending the next few years working on the pediatric unit at the royal Berkshire Hospital, Reading, I completed my Registered Sick Childrens Nurse qualification in the early 2000’s. I first worked in Complex home care in 2010, caring for a number of children with complex needs in their own home, this is where I first found my passion for home care, keeping these children at home with their families, supporting them to fulfil their full potential, making sure the families could maintain as normal a life as possible. Having spent a good few years at the sharp end, I took a role with a complex care company as part of their clinical team. I have since worked in several complex care companies, working in various senior roles, including governance, quality & clinical. I have been with mhy care for 6 months, building the Clinical team and Governance structure.
